Why the price matters

At about 2 credits per second at 480p, a 5-second test clip costs 11 credits and an 8-second clip costs 17. That changes how you work: instead of polishing one prompt, you can run several variations of a hook, a camera move or a line of dialogue and keep the best one.

• 480p: about 2 credits per second (17 credits for 8 seconds).
• 720p: about 4 credits per second (32 credits for 8 seconds).

How to prompt it

• Write the line you want spoken inside quotation marks, and say who speaks it.
• Describe the sound as well as the picture: street noise, music, a door closing.

• Draft at 480p, then rerun your favourite at 720p or 1080p once the motion and the audio are right.

A note on the preview label

This is a preview model, so expect it to change and to be less predictable than the settled models in the catalog. The model also supports timed keyframes inside a clip, which Karya does not expose yet. If you need tight control over a longer shot today, Kling 4.0 or Seedance 2.5 are better fits.
