Partner Program Terms

1. What this is

The Karya Trainer Partner Program lets you earn a commission when people you refer buy credits on Karya. It is a referral/affiliate arrangement, not a business opportunity, franchise, or investment. There is no fee to join and nothing to buy to participate.

2. How you earn

  • You earn 10% of the value of every credit purchase made by a student who signed up through your referral link, for as long as they keep topping up.
  • If you introduce another trainer who is approved as a partner, you earn a 5% override on their students' credit purchases.
  • Commissions are earned only on real, completed credit purchases, never for signing people up or recruiting other partners. There is no reward for recruitment itself.
  • The program is limited to these two levels. There are no deeper tiers.

3. Cash or credits

You choose how to be paid. Cash commissions are paid to your Malaysian bank account. Alternatively you may take your commission as Karya credits at a boosted rate, granted instantly to your wallet. You can switch your preference at any time in your partner dashboard.

4. Payouts

  • Cash commissions become payable after a 7-day holding period (to account for refunds and reversals).
  • Payouts run weekly for balances at or above RM 100. Smaller balances roll over until the threshold is met.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes due on your earnings.
  • Credit-based commissions have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.

5. Fair play

Referring yourself, creating fake accounts, buying through your own link to earn commission, spamming, or misrepresenting Karya are not allowed. We may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions and suspend a partner account for suspected abuse. Commissions tied to a purchase that is later refunded or charged back are reversed.

6. Approval and changes

Partner applications are reviewed before approval, and approval is at our discretion. We may change the commission rates, thresholds, or these terms with notice to active partners; changes apply to commissions earned after the change. We may end the program or your participation with reasonable notice.

7. Compliance

This program is intended to operate as a lawful referral/affiliate program under Malaysian law. It is not a pyramid or money-game scheme: earnings come from genuine product sales, there is no joining fee, and no income is paid merely for recruiting participants.Operator note: have a Malaysian legal adviser / KPDN review this program before public launch, and replace this note and the contact details below with your registered business information.
